About Zander Bourque
Zander started his music journey with piano lessons at the age of 6. He successfully completed his L9 RCM with Honours under the tutelage of Shirley Nham, and his love for music has pushed him to pursue many other instruments including violin and clarinet.
What started as a hobby, has become an amazing lifeline for Zander. Through school band programmes he has made many strong friendships and is currently part of the Westwinds Silver Concert Band as both pianist and clarinettist.
In a teaching capacity, Zander wants to show his students how much creativity and freedom can bring to their enjoyment of music and beyond. He is personable, gentle and energetic, and he teaches with both passion and patience.
