Kateryna Herasymovska

Kateryna is a piano, guitar and ukelele teacher from Ukraine. She began her musical journey at the age of 6 with the Public Musical School in Ukraine. Kateryna continued on to Vinnytsia College Culture and Art and then graduated from Kyiv Academy Art and Culture where she achieved a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree. She is interested in music therapy and art. In 2017 Kateryna got a scholarship program at Warsaw University, and later at Poznań University (Poland).

Kateryna has been working as a teacher for over 13 years. She worked as a guitar, piano teacher in the Public Art School in Kyiv, Vinnytsia (Ukraine), Poznań, Szczecin (Poland), as a performer in the orchestra College of Culture and Art in Ukraine. She organised the International Polish-Ukrainian Guitar Festival in Poznań (Poland). Her students took part in the festivals and competitions and won awards.

She enjoys teaching all ages and thinks that it’s never too late to start your music journey. Kateryna finds her inspiration in dancing, choir singing, wall-climbing, pilates, cycling, travelling, reading, crocheting. Let’s create your music story together, remember it is never too late.
